Inflate Space (LeisureSpace Limited) is a leisure service. The recreational services include inflatable activities (“leisure and fitness activities”). By purchasing a session/ party/ admission from any Inflate Space (LeisureSpace Limited) Site, you agree that the supply of Inflate Space leisure services and participation by you in the activities is subject to the following terms and conditions:
You acknowledge that the leisure/ fitness activities are dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards and as a consequence personal injury and sometimes death can occur and you voluntarily assume and accept all such risks and waive the right to sue Inflate Space (LeisureSpace Limited) for any personal injury or death in any way whatsoever caused by or arising from participation in such activities.
Any persons using the trampoline facilities must complete a waiver prior to their participation. Where someone is under the age of 18, this waiver must be completed by a Parent/Guardian. Participants should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the session start time.
All participants using the park must attend a safety briefing prior to their session and must follow all safety guidelines provided, including: information provided during the safety brief, all signage, and instructions from Inflate Space staff. All bouncers must also wear Inflate Space socks (which are included in admission price).
All participants should only bounce within their ability and skill level. Those who are pregnant are not permitted to jump for health and safety. Smoking, consumption of alcohol and chewing gum are not permitted whilst using any activities. Inflate Space will not allow anyone to participate if we believe them to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Failure to comply with all the above terms may result in you being asked to leave the premises with no refund provided. Any persons showing violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, insulting behaviour or foul language will be refused entry or even banned from the premises. Inflate Space reserves the right to do this without refunding admission and all abusive behaviour towards other customers or our staff will be reported to the police.
All participants must be 4 or older for all sessions, except for our Family specific sessions. Individuals cannot participate in any activities if you are under 4 unless they are with an adult supervisor or guardian over the age of 18. Participants aged 4 to 12 are allowed on all activities (subject to activity height restrictions) unaccompanied, but a supervising adult must be on the premises at all times. Those 13 or older are permitted without a supervising adult as long as they have a waiver signed by someone 18 or older.
The maximum weight limit for an individual participant is 21 stone. Inflate Space recommends that if you have weight-related concerns you should consult your health services provider and receive medical clearance before engaging in trampoline/ inflatable jumping.
Inflate Space will try to ensure that as many zones/activities as possible are available for use by customers. However, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to close and change the availability of zones/activities and or operating hours. Inflate Space reserves the right to close the whole or any part of any activity at any time or to restrict the number of individuals having access to the zone/activity.
Activities on offer at each site may vary. Please call a site or check the website to confirm which activities are available any given centre. Some activities / zones are not available during certain session types (e.g. Family Session). Please check the website or call to confirm which activities are unavailable during these sessions.
Cancelation & Refund Policy:
All bookings are non-refundable. Bookings can be transferred to a different date if we are given at least 24 hours’ notice.
Party deposits are non-refundable. You can transfer the date of your party if you give us at least 7 days’ notice.
Inflate Space is dedicated to delivering a world class service to all our customers. If, however you wish to provide customer feedback or raise a complaint, we ask if possible, to raise your issue to the manager on duty at the time of your visit to see if they are able to resolve any problems for you at first point of contact. If you cannot resolve the problem at site, we ask you to write to us at email@example.com. Please be advised it may take up to 14 working days to respond to your feedback or complaint, this may be due to any investigative work that needs to be carried out. Please include in your email which site you visited, the date and time or your visit and any other information you believe will assist us in any investigation.
Any lost property found at any of our sites will be kept and stored for 3 weeks (21 days). After this period any unclaimed lost property will either be given to charity or disposed of. If you have lost any items and wish to check if we have them, please email or call the specific site. For certain items we will require proof of ownership.
Discounts & Promotional Codes
All discounts, offers or promotions are subject to availability and subject to individual offer terms and conditions. Please note any offers, discounts and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any product that is already discounted or where the item/ product or package is already a promotional product.
Any offer or promotions will be subject to site specific height and age restrictions. For voucher promotions customers must produce the original – photocopies will not be accepted.
